Check-In
Final registration for the conference will take place at the IRO office in Newcomb Hall on Thursday evening and Friday morning. Please make every attempt to arrive within the stated registration times, or notify the Secretary-General to make alternate arrangements for check-in.

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Opening Ceremonies
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm : Committee Session I
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm : Dinner Break
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Committee Session II

Saturday, November 20, 2010:


2:00pm - 5:00pm: Committee Session III
5:00pm - 7:00pm: Dinner Break
7:00pm - 9:00pm: Committee Session IV
9:30pm - 12:00am: Delegate Dance

Sunday, November 21, 2010:

Note: Schedule is subject to minor changes. Meal times may be staggered by committee in order to manage crowding. The exact timing of the staggered lunches will be specified at registration in November.
