The VAMUN XXX Scholarship waives the conference fees of five students with financial need and a demonstrated interest in Model UN. Applications are available here.

The Little Bee's Foundation

VAMUN XXX and the Little Bee’s Foundation

The Little Bees currently serves as a school, orphanage, and center of community initiatives inthe slums of Nairobi, Kenya. They first started as a “self-help” group formed by community leader Lucy Odipo; over time, the school has grown and increased connections with the surrounding community.  However, the physical Little Bees schoolhouse is incomplete. With the help of VAMUN XXX (and your charitable contributions) Mama Lucy hopes to complete the school this December. Specifically, VAMUN aims to aid Little Bees by providing a roof, flooring, desks, and a staircase, while also contributing monetarily to the foundation’s operating budget from which food and medical supplies may be purchased.  Please help us in our attempt to complete the schoolhouse and to keep Little Bees running!
